GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITION OF SALE
Article 1 – Seller's identity

Article 2 – Scope
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed on the website mallonum.shop by any non-professional buyer (hereinafter "the Customer").
Article 3 – Products
The products offered for sale are decorative items. The essential characteristics of each product are presented on its individual product page. Photographs are for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.
Article 4 – Price
Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT). The seller reserves the right to change prices at any time, it being understood that the price applicable to the order is the one in effect at the time of validation.
Article 5 – Order
The customer places their order online via the website mallonum.shop. The sale is concluded upon payment confirmation. A confirmation email is sent to the customer after each order.
Article 6 – Payment
Payment is made online at the time of ordering, using the methods offered on the website. Transactions are secure.
Article 7 – Delivery
Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer when placing the order. We deliver to France, Europe, and worldwide. Delivery time is approximately two weeks from order confirmation, the current delays are indicated on this external Trello page. The seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the carrier or events beyond its control.
Article 8 – Right of withdrawal (European Union)
In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any justification. To exercise this right, the Customer must notify their decision by email. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer, unless otherwise stated.
Article 9 – Returns and refunds
Returned products must be in their original condition. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return, using the same payment method used for the original order.
Article 10 – Legal guarantees
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (articles L.217-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
Article 11 – Personal data
The data collected during the ordering process is used solely for processing that order. In accordance with the GDPR, the Customer has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data.
Article 12 – Dispute resolution
In the event of a dispute, the Client may resort to conventional mediation or any other alternative dispute resolution method. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
